Let’s Bounce for Bucks!

Join Special Olympics Georgia and Jumpstreet Indoor Trampoline Park on Saturday, August 6 and Saturday, August 13 from 1-3 PM for 2 hours of all access bouncing, basketball, bull riding and more!

Jumpstreet Indoor Trampoline Park will be selling tickets and registering all participants that MENTION Special Olympics Georgia for a discounted price of $17 between 1-3 PM. Participants will be able to bounce until 5 PM. All attendees must mention Special Olympics Georgia in order to get the discounted price.

$2 of every $17 ticket sold will go towards SOGA and our 27,110 athletes across the state of Georgia.

Ever wondered if you had what it takes to be fearless and face new challenges head-on?  Well, here’s your chance!  Saturday, May 2nd 2015 join the “edgers” who are brave enough to raise $1,000 to rappel over the edge of a 20 story building for Special Olympics Georgia.

Next spring, you can experience the challenge, the bravery and the exhilaration of participating in an event that takes you out of your comfort zone and ultimately changes your life forever – the same thing our Special Olympics athletes experience every day.

Duck Pluck, August 14, Atlanta

Adopt a duck to benefit Georgia’s 26,702 Special Olympics athletes!

For a donation of $5 or more, a lucky prize number will be assigned to a yellow rubber duck in your honor.
All ducks will be put into the Post Chastain pool for a swim before the 5 winning ducks are plucked!

It all happens on Friday, August 14th, 2015 at 1:00 pm. If your adopted duck is plucked you win!
(You do not need to be present to win!!)

How does the Duck Pluck benefit the athletes?

  • Donate $5 for 1 entry into the pluck and feed 1 meal to 1 athlete during State Games!
  • Donate $30 for 7 entries into the pluck and provide gold, silver, and bronze medals for 1 competition at State Games
    + 1 souvenir jr. duck!
  • Donate $60 for 15 entries into the pluck and provide 4 athletes housing for 2 nights at State Games +2 souvenir jr. ducks!
  • Donate $100 for 25 entries into the pluck and provide funds for housing for 2 nights and 2 meals for 4 athletes at the State Games. +3 jr. ducks!

2017 World Games

The next Special Olympics World Winter Games will be held March 14-25, 2017 in Graz/Schladming, Austria. The 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games will feature world-class competitions in Figure skating, Speed skating, Floor hockey, Floorball, Snowshoeing, Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, Snowboarding and Stick shooting.

 

Georgia will have 2 Delegates on Special Olympics USA at the World Winter Games:
