   VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

Volunteer of the Month -  Kimberly Overcast

Kimberly Overcast has been a valuable volunteer and swimming coach at the Fowler YMCA for Gwinnett County Special Olympics.

She has coached the program's youngest athletes to it's high school swimmers. She has coordinated and ran the Gwinnett County local swim events for both the level A athletes and traditional athletes. All of the parents, teachers and adaptive physical education teachers agree that she is the best and deserves to be recognized for the wonderful job she has done for Gwinnett County over the past several years!

Because of her dedication to Special Olympics so many of the Gwinnett County students have grown in the sport of swimming and have also gained immense self-esteem.

Special Olympics Georgia congratulates Kimberly on being the October Volunteer of the Month!
