Sponsor of the month

New to the SOGA family is our presenting sponsor of the 2010 Indoor Winter Games, Stadion Money Management. Based in Watkinsville, Georgia near Athens, Stadion Money Management is a privately owned money management firm that was founded in 1991. The goal of Stadion Money Management is to help investors - through their advisors or company retirement plans - protect and grow their "serious money." That is, the money that absolutely must be there for the important long-term goals like retirement, education, and future family legacy.
More than a money management firm, Stadion is a company that believes in family and in their community. Nothing was more evident when our SOGA staff first visited their offices. It truly feels like a home. And, now that we have created a new partnership with the Stadion family, we are excited to see it grow and flourish into something truly inspiring.
We are proud to welcome Stadion to the SOGA family and feel privileged to become a member of theirs. Stadion is a business made up of caring individuals who together will make a large and lasting impact on the Indoor Winter Games, SOGA, and most of all the athletes we serve. Thank you for your support Stadion Money Management!

   VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH

Volunteer of the Month -Rhonda Neck

Rhonda Neck has been an active volunteer in Area 2 - which includes Banks, Dawson, Franklin, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union and White Counties - as treasurer for several years. Rhonda works year round keeping track of the entire area's financials and all the paperwork for the area's over 1,000 active athletes. This past December, Rhonda was instrumental in putting together all of the paperwork needed for the the Area 2 Winter Games. Handling the paperwork is no small feat considering the amount of time it takes to make sure that all the participating athlete's medicals are properly filled out and turned in. Because of diligence in getting the paperwork done properly and turned in, the Area 2 games were able to run smoothly, which is also a huge help to the SOGA staff.

Thank you Rhonda for your dedication and service all these years to SOGA. Congratulations on being the January Volunteer of the Month.
