Officers will take to the roofs for Atlanta’s sixth annual “Cops on Doughnut Shops” weekend from 6 a.m. on Friday, March 7 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, where they will collect dough-nations from customers as they eat, sleep and play on the rooftops of Krispy Kreme stores. The event is sponsored by WYAY Eagle 106.7.

New this year, please join the Kennesaw Police Department and Cobb County Police Department as they sit on top of the newest and smallest doughnut shop for 60 hours straight! Don’t remember a Krispy Kreme in Kennesaw??? That’s because this is a one time, temporary location, where these law enforcement agencies will partner together at their own temporary Krispy Kreme. Join them in the parking lot of Cowboy’s and Hooter’s at Old 41 and Cobb Parkway. Each morning there will be a pancake breakfast from 7am to 10am, as well a COP motorcycle skills contest all weekend long.

Also join in the Krispy Kreme Cops Poker Run on Saturday, March 8th. $20 hand beginning at 9AM, 10:30AM is last bike out at the Kennesaw location. Awards will begin at 3:00pm at Hooters. Come out and enjoy a beautiful day on your motorcycle and meet your local law enforcement at the doughnut shop!
