Official Sponsor agrees to:

Donate $2,500 for the Official Sponsorship of the 2008 Law Enforcement Torch Run.

- Signed Letter of Agreement due by December 14, 2007

- Money due by February 28, 2008

Provide a company banner to hang at event by January 14, 2008

Benefits:

Company name printed on Law Enforcement Torch Run souvenir t-shirts (approximately 5,000)

Company name printed in Law Enforcement Torch Run materials which include Handbook, Kick-off Programs, LETR Publications, and Torch Talk (newsletter that is emailed to agencies statewide).

Opportunity to hang banner at all Law Enforcement Torch Run events

Opportunity to distribute information/merchandise (water bottles, visors, etc.) to participants

Recognition in Summer Games program as a Law Enforcement Torch Run sponsor

Invitations to and recognition at LETR Final Leg Reception (held during Summer Games)

Recognition at LETR Kickoff meetings (6 to be held statewide)

Recognition in Annual Report
