HELP WANTED!

For the upcoming State Summer Games being held May 30 - June 1 at Emory University, we need energetic and responsible volunteers to fill the following leadership roles:

Aquatics Volunteer Coordinator:

Needed - Friday, May 30 from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday, May 31 from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday, June 1 from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm

The aquatics volunteer coordinator will be in charge of the volunteers at the aquatics venue, which is being held May 30 - June 1.  As the volunteer coordinator, you will check in the volunteers, making sure that each signs in and receives all proper volunteer materials, train volunteers on their assignment, and supervise volunteers throughout their shifts.

 You are also the main point of contact for volunteers at this venue, answering volunteer questions and contacting proper staff if problems occur.

You will work with the aquatics venue director on making sure the aquatics venue runs smoothly. 

Soccer Volunteer Coordinator:

Needed - Saturday, May 31 from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday, June 1 from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm

The soccer volunteer coordinator will be in charge of the volunteers at the soccer venue, which is being held on Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1 (you must be available both days).  As the volunteer coordinator, you will check in the volunteers, making sure that each signs in and receives all proper volunteer materials, train volunteers on their assignment, and supervise volunteers throughout their shifts.

 You are also the main point of contact for volunteers at this venue, answering volunteer questions and contacting proper staff if problems occur.

You will work with the soccer venue director on making sure the soccer venue runs smoothly.

Fans in the Stands Volunteer Coordinators:

Needed throughout the weekend of May 30 - June 1

The fans in the stands volunteer coordinator will be in charge of our fans in the stands at our athletics venue.  We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to pump up the crowd and cheer on our athletes as they compete.  We need you to encourage the fans, to lead them in cheers, to coordinate our fans efforts in making posters, etc.

 It's your job to get the crowd excited and pumped!
