Committee Members:
We have several fundraisers and special events that need planers, recruiters and participants. Whether it’s serving on the planning committee or organizing the day of the event, we have the job for you.

Time Commitment: About two hours once a month leading up to the event of your choice

Committee Members needed TODAY:

We're currently recruiting committee members for the 2009 Art Auction and the 2009 Duck Derby. We are looking for individuals who will be dedicated to the event team and who have the time to meet for at least two hours once a month. Being a part of a committee will provide a unique opportunity to play substantial and varied roles in the growth of the Special Olympics Georgia program.

 

2009 Art Auction:

The Art Auction will be in March  at a beautiful multi-million dollar home. Event attendees will have the opportunity to tour the home, bid on art, eat, drink and socialize all to raise money for the athletes of Special Olympics Georgia.

2009 Duck Derby:
The Duck Derby, which will be held in May (tentative) and has more than 13,000 rubber ducks racing for prizes at Six Flags White Water in Marietta.
