Join Special Olympics Georgia for the 2017 State Masters Bowling Tournament being held August 18-20 in Warner Robins, Ga. We will be hosting over 1,200 athletes from across the state of Georgia, who will compete in Traditional and Unified Bowling during this weekend of fun! State Fall Games and Horse Show: August 7-9 in Gainesville, GA

Join Special Olympics Georgia for the 2016 State Fall Games and Horse Show being held October 7-9 in Gainesville, GA. Collectively, the two events will be hosting over 1.700 athletes from across the state. These athletes will compete in the following: Bocce, Cycling, Equestrian Showmanship, Equestrian Unified Drill Team, Golf, Horsemanship/Equitation, Softball, Softball Skills and Western Riding.

Shoot For Champions, September 8th, Garland Mountain Sporting Clays

Come join Special Olympics Georgia for their 4th Annual Shoot for Champions Clay Shoot Fundraiser on Friday, September 8th at Garand Mountain Sporting Clays.

This event will host nearly 100 shooters who will compete in a beautiful 15 station course in Waleska, Georgia. So please come out for a great day of shooting, five stand games, a silent auction, awards and a lunch reception.

2017 World Games

The next Special Olympics World Winter Games will be held March 14-25, 2017 in Graz/Schladming, Austria. The 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games will feature world-class competitions in Figure skating, Speed skating, Floor hockey, Floorball, Snowshoeing, Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, Snowboarding and Stick shooting.

 

Georgia will have 2 Delegates on Special Olympics USA at the World Winter Games:
